Yoga Flow
Join us for a gentle yet empowering yoga flow designed to help you connect deeply with your body and breath. In this welcoming, nurturing space, we move mindfully through flowing sequences that stretch, strengthen, and centre the body — while encouraging curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness.
Each class offers opportunities to challenge yourself safely, explore new shapes, and build confidence, balanced with moments of stillness and rest to restore body and mind. Each class closes with a blissful savasana enhanced by an optional essential oil massage, promoting deep rest and renewal.

Yoga Stretch
Take time to slow down and nourish your body and mind in this calming class. Designed as a soothing complement to our Yoga Flow sessions, this slower-paced practice invites you to gently release tension, move with mindful awareness, and reconnect with your breath.
Through a combination of soft stretches, yin poses, and guided relaxation, you'll create space in both body and mind — allowing stress to melt away and a sense of ease to unfold. Each class closes with a blissful savasana enhanced by an optional essential oil massage, promoting deep rest and renewal.
