Dr Rachel Hamilton-Cruse is a GP with over 10 years of clinical experience, alongside specialist training and hands-on expertise in Sport and Exercise Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine, and Rheumatology. She is passionate about supporting people to stay active and achieve their sporting goals, whatever their starting point.
With a background in cycling, triathlons, and hockey, Rachel enjoys participating in everything from casual group rides to representing her age group at the World Championship level for both road cycling and triathlon. This unique combination of medical expertise and elite athletic experience gives her a deep understanding of both the physical and mental challenges athletes face.
