Additional Expertise

Andy has gained further expertise in ultrasound, achieving accreditation from CASE (Consortium of the Accreditation of Sonographic Education). This additional training enhances his ability to assess and treat foot conditions effectively.

Research & Professional Leadership

Andy has published peer-reviewed articles in international journals and presented at local conferences, Fellowship of Podiatric Surgeons and Royal College of Podiatry conferences. His most recent publications focus on surgical treatment for osteoarthritis of the 1st MTPJ (big toe joint) and guided injections, whilst currently researching outcomes of treatments for Morton's neuroma.

Andy serves as a lead for the Royal College of Podiatry on PASCOM (Podiatric Audit of Surgery Outcome Measurement), a national clinical tool used to drive and improve patient care across the profession.
